Homemade Beef Burger Patty on a grill


  • Roast Red Pepper & Sundried Tomato Hot Sauce
  • Raw deveined prawns
  • Spices:
    • 1tsp Chilli powder
    • 1tsp Garlic powder
    • 1tsp Paprika
    • 1tsp Cayenne Pepper
    • 1tsp Salt
    • 1tsp Pepper
  • 2 sprigs of Spring Onion
  • Coriander & Mint



  • Mix the prawns, 2 tbsp of olive oil, Roast Red Pepper & Sundried tomato Hot Sauce and spices together in a bowl.
  • Mix together well until evenly coated
  • Let marinate in the fridge for at least 30 minutes!
  • Tip: The longer the better: more flavour! 
  • In a large pan, add a healthy dash of olive oil.
  • Add the spring onions and a pinch of salt and pepper and simmer.
  • Once done, remove the spring onions and set aside.
  • Add more olive oil to the pan and immediately add in the prawns.
  • Tip: They cook really quickly so only 1-2 minutes on each side or until they turn pink.
  • Put the Spicy Prawns in a bowl with your spring onions.
  • Garnish with coriander and mint leaves.
