Spicey Chicken Wraps

Homemade Beef Burger Patty on a grill


  • 1 Jar of Sweet Pepper & Pineapple Chutney
  • Skinless chicken thighs / breast
  • 1 green & 1 red bell pepper
  • Freshly chopped coriander
  • Sesame seeds
  • 1 Cup of rice
  • Wraps
  • Optional: 1 cup of already cooked rice



  • Cut the chicken into chunky strips
  • Slice the onion, green and red peppers
  • Fry the onion and peppers in olive oil over a high heat for about 10 minutes
  • Tip: it’s okay if it gets a bit of a char so cut the pieces a bit chunkier than normal
  • Add the chicken strips and stir regularly
  • Just before the chicken is cooked through, add the Sweet Pepper & Pineapple Chutney
  • Optional: Add one cup of already cooked rice
  • In a separate pan, toast the sesame seeds until golden brown
  • Add your sesame seeds and freshly chopped coriander to your chicken, onion and peppers and mix well
  • Just before serving, squeeze some fresh lime over the top
  • Garnish with more coriander, a lime wedge and serve warm.
