Glazed Vegetables

  • 1 Jar of Sweet Pepper & Chilli Sauce
  • Suggested vegetables:
    • Carrots
    • Brinjal / Egg Plant
    • Baby Marrow
    • Mixed Bell peppers
    • Asparagus stems
  • Optional: Rosemary to garnish


  • Slice all vegetables length ways, excluding asparagus
  • Braai vegetables over medium coals coating with Sweet Pepper & Chilli Sauce regularly.
  • Drizzle vegetables with left over Sweet Pepper & Chilli Sauce and serve warm.
  • Alternative: Preheat grill to medium heat and drizzle with olive oil. Cook vegetables each side for 4 minutes brushing regularly with Sweet Pepper & Chilli Sauce for glazing
